The "Sherry & Songs" series is inspired by an event Nick attended in 2017 during Copa Jerez where master sommelier Pitu Roca of El Cellar de Can Roca paired 10 sherries with 10 flamenco songs of different styles, performed by Diego del Morao, one of Spain's foremost flamenco guitarists.

Nick says, "it was a life-changing event. I saw all my passions fluidly intertwining on stage at the same time: poetry, music, sherry. I knew immediately I wanted to come home and begin my series of similar events."
