Their iconic San Diego Castle white wine, the castle being one of their emblems, originates from 1975 and is probably the best-selling white wine in Spain.

A traditional family winery founded by Francisco Espinosa de los Monteros in 1884 in Jerez de la Frontera, the capital of the Denomination of Origin Jerez-Xeres-Sherry. Located in the Plazuela district, the cradle of the great flamenco artists, the Bodega's architecture is in the typical style of the Jerez cathedral cellars, with thick stone masonry walls, high ceilings, large windows and Arabian tiled roofs. The process of maturing and aging is managed by hand using the traditional Jerez system of criaderas and soleras.

Bodegas Fundador Pedro Domecq, Terry, and Harvey are some of the oldest brands in Jerez; with origins dating back to the 18th century. The bodegas form an impressive historical complex composed mainly of the individual El Molino, La Tribuna, and La Mezquita bodegas. The colossal structure is the biggest of the bodegas in Jerez and one of the largest in the world. This spectacular bodega opened in 1974 and has a collection of historic items from the three traditional brands, Fundador, Terry, and Harvey. It also has a vineyard in the superior zone of the Pago of Macharnudo.

Don Antonio de Orleans, Duke of Montpensier, son of King Louis Philippe of France, historically took a pleasure trip to Andalusia, discovering the town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda at the mouth of the Guadalquivir river. The Duke liked the town so much that he decided to settle there. In 1948 his descendants, the Infants Orleans and Borbón, decided to embark in the manufacture of Sherry wines and brandies and founded the current Bodega de los Infantes de Orleans Borbón. These wines are painstakingly cared for at all stages of the process to ensure a high quality limited production.

The business was acquired in 1992 by its current owner, Don José Paez Morilla, founder of Bodegas Dios Baco, S.L., with the intention returning to to the origins of its founders by introducing products of an unbeatable quality and limited production, . The bodega Dios Baco was built in 1848 and formed part of a complex of bodegas called "The Twelve Disciples." At present there are only three bodegas, Bodega Dios Baco, Bodega de ls Cruz, and Bodega Pio XII, the first being the most significant and from which the firm derives its name.

The Bodega was founded in 1830 and is located in the historic center of Jerez. It is a traditional family business dedicated to the aging, bottling and sale of wines within the DO Jerez-Xeres-Sherry. From its origins within the same family, the owner is now Ms. Pilar Pla Pechovierto, whom when widowed in 1976 took over the company. Its wines enjoy an excellent reputation worldwide, they have been treated with love and care to maintain quality and old age. "Our best ally is time, so we produce quality, not quantity."

At Bodegas Rey Fernando de Castilla, located in the historic center of Jerez, many treasures are stored. The company produces their own range of brandies, defined by their smoothness and perfect harmony. They are made from selected white wine distillates, which begin the process of aging in new French and American oak and complete it over a long period in casks that have contained Sherry wines of great quality. The range of wines from Jerez are some the finest wines of the area, from the pale, dry and elegant fino to the most unique antique wines.

Bodegas Garvery were founded in 1780 by William Garvey, boasting a rich historical legacy and a great knowledge of the production of Sherry wines. The soleras of its barrels are a constant reminder of the antiquity and craftsmanship of centuries of knowledge combined with continual investment. It is the only Bodega where the barrels are partially buried, which helps to keep the bodega at a temperature of between 15 and 20º the whole year round. The company also own bottling plants and storehouses and more than 500 hectares of vineyards along with a store of more than 25,000 barrels.

Bodegas Grant is located in El Puerto de Santa María and is popularly known as Bodegas Las 7 Esquinas. It's origins trace back to 1841, with D. Edmundo Grant Falconell being the founder. Nowadays the bodega, which has always remained within the same family, carries out the ageing and shipping of Fino through traditional methods, giving it a special aroma and flavor compared to other wines of the region. Bodegas Grant wines are also available in other countries thanks to their distributors and commercial partners.

Our guided tours include an extensive walk through the Viña La Constancia vineyard, with beautiful views of the countryside of Jerez from the Cerro de Santiago. Our specialist oenologist guides inform visitors about the whole process of growth of the vine through to the harvesting of the fruit. After the tour we pass through the Wineries of Heirs Nicolas Martin, where we learn about the traditional process of aging the wines using the criadera and solera framework.

Located in the historic center of Sanlucar, right on the border that divides the Bairro Alto and Barrio Bajo of the city, "The Cigar" is a maturing cellar and shipper founded in 1758. It consists of three cellars, the Bodega de Colom, Cabral Bodega and Bodega de Sarnilla that are congregated around an attractive central courtyard dating from the eighteenth century. It produces wines covered by the DO of both "Jerez-Xeres-Sherry" and "Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda" and markets directly to retailers. Visits are available in Castilian and English with tastings throughout the year. There is also a Tavern built in the cellar restaurant.

The complex of bodegas Los Arcos is where the majority of the Lustau wines are aged. With a cathedral style and situated in the center of Jerez de la Frontera, it dates back to the 19th century and is a good example of the winery architecture of the region. Lustau boasts aged wines from the three cities that form the Sherry Triangle (Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa María y Sanlúcar de Barrameda), which together enable wholesalers enables to offer more than 30 types of Sherry wines to the market.

In 1781 the Spaniard Juan Sánchez de la Torre laid the foundations of the partnership Sánchez Romate Hnos., one of the few bodegas that today remains in the hands of Jerez owners. Over time the bodega sucessfully grew whilst maintaining respect for traditional methods of production. In 1887, the firm achieved one of its biggest milestones when the 4th generation of the Sánchez Romate family developed an exclusive brandy, Cardenal Mendoza Solera Gran Reserva. Today the wines and brandies of Sánchez Romate command an international reputation and sales expand across 5 continents.

In the first half of the nineteenth century Jerez became the wine capital of the world. In 1835 Manuel Maria Gonzalez Angel invested his savings and started a small winery. In just 20 years Gonzalez Byass became the biggest exporter of the wine cellars of Jerez. He constructed his first large wineries: Constancia, Apostles and the square, as well as La Concha, designed by Eiffel and Lepanto. When he died in 1887 he left not only a booming business, but unique monuments in Jerez.

The Family Bodega of Philip Zarzana Antonio Spinola, whose production and export records were first documented in 1729. Specialists in Pedro Ximenez natural sugars, obtaining 100% of fructose from raising of their own grapes and utilising winemaking techniques which reduces the yield of the raw material to 30% of the total harvested. A limited edition of numbered production, making it the cellar with possibly the most limited production of all of the Sherry Bodegas.
