Sherry has a long and beautiful history, and is incredibly diverse in style. While many only know it as a dessert wine, there are of course incredibly delicious, dry examples as well -- and the food pairing opportunities are just as varied. These wines are all at once traditional, and off the beaten path, an amazing value, and amazingly complex.

Join us as we learn about the history of the Sherry region, vineyards & grapes, and ageing methods via the Solera System. We will also be tasting all the diverse styles of Sherry.
