Restaurant Podium onder de Dom.
Dineren in een schitterende en ruime ambiance, met pure gerechten en een losse benadering. Het restaurant is ruim van opzet en biedt veel comfort. De keuken werkt ambachtelijk en maakt iedere dag alles vers van "eigen brood" tot patisserie. "Eenvoudig is al complex genoeg" en daarom ligt de focus op verrassen met de oorspronkelijke smaak van het ingrediënt.
Wij serveren twee menu's die wisselen met de seizoenen en een menukaart met onze tijdloze creaties.
Daarnaast hebben we op onze wijnkaart een selectie van een aantal gangbare tot een aantal zeer exclusieve sherry's.

"Because the dessert was quite a savoury dessert, we chose to work with a slightly off-dry wine to get in line with the dish. When you eat the dessert you first get the fresh taste of the ice cream, then the viscosity of the cheese (from the region of Utrecht), starts taking over, filling your mouth with flavour. When you taste the wine again, which was served at around 8 degrees to make it more digestible with the dish, the flavour of the porcini returned with a hint of vanilla."
