Harveys Cellars offers a wide range of sherries to suit every taste. If cocktails are your thing then we have a wide range of sherry based cocktails on our menu too. Our signature serve of Harveys Bristol Cream served over ice with a slice of orange brings out the taste of candied orange and perfectly complements the dried fruit and toasted almond flavours of this delicious sherry. We finish off this world-famous drink by flaming orange peel over the glass creating a mist of essential oils to cover the top of the drink and rim of the glass adding an extra dimension of citrus flavour to the drink.
