Produced from the Moscatel grape variety, the wine has over 22g of sugar but at the same time its incredibly fresh due to the chemical components in the skin of the grape. It is best served chilled especially with tart fruit desserts.

Pitted cherries

30ml
milk
60g & 1 tablespoon
sugar

plain flour
1/2 teaspoon
vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon
baking powder

salt
Directions
Beat all the batter ingredients with a pinch of salt in a blender or with a hand blender until smooth, then set aside. Grease a baking dish with butter, then sprinkle over a tablespoon of the sugar. Spread the cherries in the dish and pour over the batter until the cherries are just covered. Bake for about 30 minutes until golden and puffed. Serve with cream or creme fraiche.
