Pear and Blue Cheese Salad
Pair with Pale cream
A combination of sweet and salty, another classic combination that pairs well with the sweeter pale cream sherry
Ingredients

Pears
150g
Crumbled Blue Cheese
4 tbsp
Chopped toasted walnuts
Bunch
salad leaves
2tbsp
olive oil
1 tbsp
sherry vinegar
1 tbsp
honey
Directions
Slice the pears thinly, toss with the cheese, walnuts and salad leaves. Combine the vinaigrette ingredients and drizzle over.

The ideal wine to pair with foie and pâté.
