Gin Mare
2 dashes
Celery bitters

Torn basil leaves
3 bar spoons
spicy tomato mix
Directions
Method:
Add all ingredients to a tall mixing glass and stir for 25 seconds.
Pour into your chosen glass, season to taste.
Garnish: Basil leaves, 1 slice of heritage tomato, rosemary sprig
