Packed with vegetable and herbal goodness, you could be forgiven for think this was a health drink!

Ingredients

50ml 
Manzanilla
25ml 
Gin Mare
2 dashes 
Celery bitters
Torn basil leaves
3 bar spoons 
spicy tomato mix

Directions

Method:

Add all ingredients to a tall mixing glass and stir for 25 seconds.

Pour into your chosen glass, season to taste.

Garnish: Basil leaves, 1 slice of heritage tomato, rosemary sprig

Manzanilla combines perfectly with fish and seafood, as well as with salted fish and cured meats.

Thanks to its low acidity, it is, together with Fino, the perfect choice to accompany salads, cold soups and dressings.

Use an ice bucket with both ice and water to serve chilled between 6 & 8º C.
