La Gitana Manzanilla
1 oz
Lustau Palo Cortado Amontillado
1 oz
Simple Syrup
1 oz
Pineapple juice
1 oz
Coconut Cream
2 Dashes
Angostura
2 Dashes
Bittermen's Tiki Bitters
2 Dashes
St George Absinthe
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender with 6 oz of crushed ice.
Blend on high speed.
Pour into a Berliner glass, add a straw and a parasol.
