The Rossonian Standard is a cocktail of many layers. It is complex and textured, while remaining comforting and familiar.
Ingredients
1.5 oz
Manzanilla
.5 oz
Dry Vermouth
1 oz
Brandy de Jerez
.5 oz
salted lemon juice (1 Tbs of salt per quart of juice)
.75 oz
simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
2 dashes
celery bitters
2 dashes
wine tannins
Garnish
cucumber ribbon
Directions
Build all ingredients in shaker tin, add ice, and shake for about 15 seconds. Fine strain cocktail into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with cucumber ribbon on cocktail pick.
