This cocktail is smooth, savory, smokey and only slightly sweet. There is something for everyone to love in the CriaDare.

Ingredients

1 oz 
Manzanilla en Rama
1 oz 
Mezcal
1 oz 
Dry Vermouth
.5 oz 
Moscatel
2 dashes 
Jerry Thomas' Bitters
1 dash 
Peychaud's Bitters
Garnish 
2 anchovy-stuffed olives

Directions

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice, stir 15-20 seconds, strain into a chilled single rocks glass, add garnish.

Manzanilla combines perfectly with fish and seafood, as well as with salted fish and cured meats.

Thanks to its low acidity, it is, together with Fino, the perfect choice to accompany salads, cold soups and dressings.

Always serve very chilled

Use an ice bucket with both ice and water to serve chilled between 6 & 8º C.
