Starring Manzanilla

This light, delicious, and refreshing cocktail is a real show stopper in terms of presentation. The nostalgia it conjures really resonates with people.

Ingredients

1.5 oz 
Manzanilla (La Guita preferred)
.75 oz 
Chamomile-infused Pisco
1 oz 
fresh pressed green apple juice
.5 oz 
2:1 honey syrup
.25 oz 
Suze
.25 oz 
Yellow Chartreuse
Garnish 
with goldfish crackers and a note from Mom

Directions

Combine ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake, pour contents into a juice pouch.  Seal and serve.

Manzanilla combines perfectly with fish and seafood, as well as with salted fish and cured meats.

Thanks to its low acidity, it is, together with Fino, the perfect choice to accompany salads, cold soups and dressings.

Use an ice bucket with both ice and water to serve chilled between 6 & 8º C.
