Lustau Los Arcos Amontillado
1 oz
fresh lemon juice
.5 oz
Reisetbauer Carrot Eau de Vie
.5 oz
Linie Aquavit
.25 oz
Tiki Adam Orgeat
.25 oz
Honey Syrup (2:1, acacia honey:water)
.25 oz
Ginger Syrup (2:1, sugar: ginger juice, blended)
1 dash
Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitter
Directions
Measure and combine all ingredients in a shaking tin. Add ice, shake, and fine strain into chilled coupe. No garnish.

Pairing Amontillado with food
Amontillado should be served at a temperature of between 12 and 14º C.
It is an ideal wine to accompany soups and consommés, white meat, blue fish (tuna), wild mushrooms and semi-cured cheeses.
It combines perfectly with vegetables such as asparagus and artichokes.
