A Harvard is a Spanish Brandy Manhattan, this cocktail is a twist on a classic, featuring an unusual mix of Amontillado and fruity, floral flavours.

Osborne Amontillado Sherry
25ml
Gabriel Boudier Framboise
15ml
Hibiscus Grenadine
80ml
Rose Champagne
Directions
Build over crushed ice,
top with Rose Champagne,
Stir and serve.

Pairing Amontillado with food
Amontillado should be served at a temperature of between 12 and 14º C.
It is an ideal wine to accompany soups and consommés, white meat, blue fish (tuna), wild mushrooms and semi-cured cheeses.
It combines perfectly with vegetables such as asparagus and artichokes.
