Ingredients
1.5 oz
Amontillado
1 oz
Blanc Vermouth
.75 oz
lemon juice
.25 oz
Giffard Peche de Vigne
.25 oz
demerara syrup (2:1)
Garnish
edible pansy flower
Directions
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and whip shake with 4-5 small cubes. Pour contents of tin into your Double Old Fashioned glass. Add pebble ice until full. Garnish with a pansy flower.

Pairing Amontillado with food
Amontillado should be served at a temperature of between 12 and 14º C.
It is an ideal wine to accompany soups and consommés, white meat, blue fish (tuna), wild mushrooms and semi-cured cheeses.
It combines perfectly with vegetables such as asparagus and artichokes.
