Recommended Sherry Pairing
Many people already know Sushi, Tempura and Sherry go very well. I would like to recommend another pairingfor International Sherry Week 2015. Ramen and Sherry isa very good marriage. Especially "soy sauce based" soup and Fino or Amontillado is fantastic! Please try it!!

Recommended Sherry Pairing:
I am a big fan of seafood and especially of shellfish.A very fresh and crisp Manzanilla with our Dutch Oysters or Mussels is really devine. Of course I have many more exciting sherry pairing recommendations because of the diversity of sherry wines and its gastronomic ability!

Recommended Sherry Pairing
I think Mexican food is a very good partner for Sherry Wines, one of the best options I have found is with sweet or semi sweet wines such as the Mole Poblano with Cream or Medium.
