Yorkshire, Sherry and Cocktails... what's not to like?

Ambiente Tapas are blazing a Spanish themed trail across Yorkshire with their Sherry Bars, fabulous food and a really mean Sherry Cocktail or two! Adding Sherry to classic cocktail recipes and continually developing new flavour combinations is keeping them at the forefront of the Sherry trend.

Sherry is rapidly becoming know as a Mixologist's dream ingredient. The range of styles suit a huge range of cocktails from the bone dry to the mouth wateringly sweet. Whether your preference is for a Manzanilla Martini or a Sweet Pedro, Sherry once again showcases its extreme versatility as a wine.

At Ambiente Tapas the fresh and fruity options start with a Solera Mojito and Amontillado Margarita, both containing Gonzalez Byass Vina AB. The more serious cocktail connoisseur may choose a Palomino Aviation or a Cut stick Old fashioned, featuring Oloroso and Palo Cortado respectively.
