Happy New Year Cocktails!

Following on from their Christmas Cocktails, Bar 44 Tapas have created three cocktails suitable for a New Year's Brunch.... at whatever time you manage to get round to it! Take a look at these three recipes to add some energy and zing to your first day of the year.

The Maria Maria

A traditional Bloody Mary with a Spanish makeover. The special ingredient is homemade spicy Bravas sauce which is a beautiful blend of tomatoes, herbs, pimienton and spice. With a chorizo garnish, it's like a fried breakfast in a glass!

The Tomartini

Tomatoes are so good for you, right? Packed with vegetable and herbal goodness, you could be forgiven for think this was a health drink!

Lady Mermelada

If you've more of a sweet tooth in the morning, this marmelade mixology up should do the trick to pick you up.
