4th Edition of Sherry Wine training course in China

The activity was organised by Certified Sherry Educator, Monica Zhou, and was made possible thanks to the special collaboration of Shanghai Talentum Trading & Consulting Co. Ltd. and the Consejo Regulador—the Sherry Wine Governing Council.  In practical terms, these newly trained technical experts will help broaden the scope of the Sherry Wine training courses in China and become veritable “ambassadors” of Sherry Wines. Likewise, the programme itself aims to reinforce the current knowledge base and the “rigour and coherence” of the training course content on Jerez Region wines for professors who teach the subject matter. 

All residents of Beijing, the students in this latest edition of the course completed a wide array of coursework, seminars, master tastings and intensive study, all of which were key to obtaining certification as “Advanced Technical Expert on Sherry Wines”.
