Richard Lorant of Boston is a great lover of Sherry cocktails. After several experiments, he has created the Somerville Boticayo no.1 starring Palo Cortado.
Ingredients
1 ounce
Palo Cortado Apóstoles González Byass
1 ounce
Dolin Vermouth Rouge
1 ounce
Aperol
1 Dash
Regan´s Orange Bitter
Directions
Mix and shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Serve in a long glass with large ice cubes.
Top with a twist of orange peel to bring out the flavours.
