Ingredients
37.5ml
Palo Cortado
25ml
Amaretto
25ml
Fresh Lemon
12.5ml
Gomme
25ml
Egg white
Directions
Method:
Add the egg white to a cocktail shaker, then shake for 10 seconds.
Add all other ingredients, shake again for 15 seconds.
Then add ice and shake over ice. Strain.
Garnish: Angostura bitter spray
