If you like Martinis, you will love the Sherry Fine. The clean gin joins up with herbal yellow Chartreuse, delicate and slightly sweet blanc vermouth, and nutty and fresh Fino to create a perfect aperitif.

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail glass with ice and stir until very well-chilled. Strain into Nick and Nora glass. Twist a thick lemon peel over the top to spray its citrus oils on the surface of the drink, and discard.

It is an ideal aperitif wine and goes well with all types of tapa, especially olives, nuts and Iberian cured ham.
Also providing the perfect companion for shellfish and fish, especially those with a marked salty taste (anchovies) or even raw (sashimi).
Its low acetic acid content combines exceptionally well with dishes of marked acidity (vinaigrette salads, marinades, etc.) as well as with cold soups (gazpacho, ajo blanco, etc.).
